Melissa was my mortgage broker there. It was the worst experience I ever had for mortgage renewal. She was asking... read more paperwork that I never had to produce before. She made Soo many errors that even after the financing they were asking me paperwork that I had previously provided Melissa and she didn't forwarded them the documents. On top of requesting documents that made no sense. She didn't fight for us telling the company to forget about those stupid docs... Brief she didn't know her job. If they would have given me the contacts for the financing I would have resolved things 20days faster. But no I was stressed until the financing Day of my mortgage and even after. They are only good to get a proper deal (and not amazing btw) and then the service stop. I don't think I'll deal with them again. Do not recommend them

Garbage 🗑 would like to know how they get to use the name. And pry on military families, buy knowingly using their allowances to get pre-approval for higher mortgage.
